Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad
Light, refreshing, crunchy and completely delicious! This scrumptious chicken and mandarin orange salad is simple to make and perfect for summer!

Ingredients
- 1 package Bagged Veggie Salad (12 oz.)
- 3 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (9 oz each) shredded or chopped
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges drained (11 oz)
- ½ cup pea pods or bean sprouts (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped Green Onions
- ¼ cup Silvered Almonds, Toasted
- ½ cup oriental or oriental chicken salad
- ½ cup chow mein noodles or fried wonton strips
- 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions
Servings: people
Instructions
- Combine sald blend, chicken, mandarin oranges, pea pods, green onions, almonds in large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss evenly to coat.
- Sprinkle noodles and Crispy Fried Onions over salad and serve.
