Powerhouse Vegetable Medley
This super side dish is bursting with color, texture, flavor, and crunch. Carrots, broccoli, spinach, mozzarella and Crispy Fried Onions come together in this quick, out-of-this-world veggie side dish taste.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kraft Light Don Right Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat dressing divided
- 1 1/2 cups carrots thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups spinach packed torn fresh
- 1/2 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
- 3 oz Crispy Fried Onions

Instructions
- BRING ¼ cup of the dressing and carrots to a boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 4 min.
- STIR in broccoli; cover and continue to simmer 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
- TOSS remaining ingredients with hot vegetables in saucepan.
- Right before serving, sprinkle 3 oz. Crispy Fried Onions over the top.
