Cheesy Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower florets (1lb.)
- 1/4 tsps nutmeg ground
- 3 oz Velveeta Light Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese product cut up
- 3/4 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Post Toasties Corn Flakes
- 1/4 cup Planters Sliced Almonds
- 3 oz Crispy Fried Onions
Servings: 1/2 cup servings
Instructions
- PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Place cauliflower in 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
- SPRINKLE with nutmeg. Top with Velveeta and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients.
- BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.
- Right before serving, sprinkle 3 oz. Crispy Fried Onions over top.
